Director of Investment Management
In his role as Director of Investment Management, Joseph leads the investment team in direction and research. Joseph has a passion for investment analysis and fostering market and industry knowledge to elevate the investment team to better serve clients. Prior to joining the firm, Joseph worked on a multi-billion-dollar Fixed Income Portfolio Management team. A graduate of Saint Vincent College, Joseph holds a B.S. in Economics and Mathematics, is a CFA charterholder, CAIA charterholder, and CIPM certificant.
Joseph lives in Pennsylvania and can be found weightlifting, golfing, and social dancing which he appreciates sharing with others. He enjoys spending time in the outdoors hiking and camping and reading a good book when the weather is stormy.

Markia Powell
Investment Analyst
Markia graduated from Patrick Henry College in 2024 with a B.A. in Economics & Business Analytics. As an investment analyst, Markia’s role at Faithward Capital includes investment research, assisting with trades, and writing. She is engaged to her fiancé Brandon, and they are planning a 2025 wedding. In her free time, Markia enjoys playing the harp, composing music, playing tennis, and horseback riding.

Bradley Filler
Investment Analyst
Originally from Gettysburg, PA, Brad enjoys playing all types of sports, especially his favorites: tennis and golf. He enjoys exercise like hiking in the great outdoors. Brad loves a good cup of coffee and can often be found with a mug in hand while reading a book or studying. Brad attended the University of Pittsburgh where he participated in Panther Equity, a student-led investing club. He later graduated from Liberty University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Brad lives in Lancaster, PA, and attends Calvary Church in Lancaster, where he is a part of the young adults program and leads a Bible study.
