Objective
The portfolio’s objective is to preserve capital and generate income through long-term investment opportunities. The portfolio seeks to achieve its objectives by investing primarily in U.S. common stocks, American Depository Receipts (ADRs), Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs), and mutual funds.
Strategy
The Conservative Allocation strategy seeks to achieve capital appreciation and income by investing in low beta, dividend paying stocks and other investment opportunities using a proprietary methodology, which seeks companies with solid financial health, rising earnings trends, reasonable valuation metrics, appropriate risk to reward attributes, and strong relative strength. The portfolio can invest in large, small, and mid-sized U.S. companies and international stocks. It invests predominantly in stocks that pay at least a 2% dividend. Investments are screened using a process where Faithward Capital seeks to avoid companies that have a negative impact on society and instead supports those that are making a positive contribution to the world in which we live.

The portfolio can invest in large, small, and mid-sized U.S. companies and international stocks.
