Matthew Melott, CFP®

Director of Wealth Management

Matt leads the investment team in research and analysis within the FEVRR process. Matt thrives on applying market and industry knowledge in tangible ways to serve advisors’ and their clients’ needs.  Prior to joining the firm, Matt worked at a New York advisory firm as a trader and analyst. A graduate of Penn State University, Matt holds a B.S. in Finance and the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation.

Matt loves the outdoors, being involved with youth ministry, MMA, card and board games, and watching sports. He is an active volunteer who has traveled extensively to help others, including Haiti and Northern Ireland. Matt and his wife, Kiley, have two children, Remmi and Maddux, along with a golden retriever, Milo.

Joseph (Jay) A. Yusko, CFA, CIPM

Director of Investment Management

In his role as Director of Investment Management, Joseph leads the investment team in direction and research. Joseph has a passion for investment analysis and fostering market and industry knowledge to elevate the investment team to better serve clients.  Prior to joining the firm, Joseph worked on a multi-billion-dollar Fixed Income Portfolio Management team. A graduate of Saint Vincent College, Joseph holds a B.S. in Economics and Mathematics and is a CFA Charterholder.

Joseph lives in Pennsylvania and can be found weightlifting, golfing, and social dancing which he appreciates sharing with others. He enjoys spending time in the outdoors hiking and camping and reading a good book when the weather is stormy.

Reed Bruner

Investment Analyst

In his role as Investment Analyst, Reed assists the team in a multitude of functions including investment analysis and trading. Reed has a passion for investment research, and applying this research to help better serve the advisors and ultimately their clients. Prior to joining Faithward Capital, Reed was a Financial Advisor for a National Investment Firm. A graduate of Penn State University, Reed holds a B.S. in Finance. Reed is an avid sports fan, cheering for the his favorite team the Penn State Nittany Lions. He is an outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, and fishing. You can also see him on the golf course, snowboarding, camping and more. Reed is engaged to his soon to be wife Elise.
